Note: If there is no prescribed percentage after the exercise then is the responsibility of the athlete to find a challenging weight (between 70-80%) to use for the exercise. Goal is to increase each set or find a comfortable weight to complete for all sets; then challenge yourself to go up in weight the following week.

This is a back off week from the previous three weeks of this cycle. The goal of this cycle is to keep training simple. We are focusing on the lifts and a few strengths movements only.
