Snatch off blocks (mid-thigh) + OHS
6x 2+2

Strength
Bottom up front squats
6×4 @ 78%

Start at the bottom of the squat position with bar and lift off rack. Start over each time. May have to set rack up lower or boxes or even bands to set barbell on.

Weighted Pull Ups

Pendlay Row, 3×5
