A. 3 Stop Snatch Pull + Power Snatch, 2×2@60%, 2×2@70%, 2×2@75%
B. Snatch Pull, 3×3@100%
C. Front Squat, 2×2@80%, 2×2@85%
D. Box Jumps (immediately following each set of FS), 4×4
E. BB Lateral Bends, 3x10e
F. Weighted Hip Extension, 3×10

We are going into our second week of the eight week bar path cycle. This week we will focus on positioning the bar on different points of the body. This weeks volume and intensity is slightly lower than last weeks. When you are putting the bar in the different positions stay active through our the movement. Get use to being uncomfortable.
