Follow video for instructions on the static GHD hold to help develop your core. We have ended the 8 week cycle that focused on bar path. This next cycle will have less assisted exercises and will focus more on the competition lifts and developing the big muscle groups to assist with the lifts. This cycle will also develop your bottom position in the snatch and overall snatch strength.
