Dedicate this workout to my grandfather, Winfred “Earl” Broadstock. He served in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Korean War and Vietnam War while also serving active duty in Japan and Germany. Throughout his 20 + years of military service he was issued numerous medals and commendations including a Bronze Star for his service in Vietnam. After retiring from the U.S. Army as Sergeant First Class, he dedicated his time to his family.
